Zeposhop com - Order not delivered still Ready to ship from October

My name GOURAB MAJUMDAR. I have ordered a Samsung LCD OEM of galaxy note ** lite. But my order is not received till now . I have ordered on *rd October. It was given packed & ready to ship on * th October. But after that every day pick up exception message came in web site & now shiproket status shows cancelled by the seller. But I have not get any refund or any kind of customer support regarding this case . After the review checked I assured I am cheated by zeposhop.com. so my humble request take strong step against this fraud company.
I have mailed several occasions but no reply . No one response their call no also , it's only auto generated message.
So kindly refund my **** rs as early as possible
