I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my order (Order ID: *******) placed on your website, kwabey.com, on **st March ****.
Despite successful payment, the order remains stuck at “Processed” with no dispatch or delivery update. Additionally, there is no option to cancel the order, and all attempts to contact your customer support have gone unanswered.
This lack of response and service is unacceptable and raises serious concerns regarding your business practices.
I hereby request:
Immediate clarification on the status of my order.
Either prompt dispatch of the product OR a full refund of ₹*** without any deductions.
