I had a terrible experience with this clothing brand. I ordered items online, needing them before May **th for a vacation. They promised delivery by then but repeatedly delayed shipping. When I asked on May **th if my order had shipped, they lied, claiming it had, and promised a tracking number soon. On May **rd, they finally sent a tracking number, revealing they had only just shipped it that day. They then stopped replying to my messages. The clothes are now useless to me as they didn’t arrive in time. I demand a full refund due to their dishonesty and lack of communication.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
