Floweraura - Order not delivered on birthday date

I have ordered a chocolate cake and a bunch of pink flowers on */*/** for my wife on her birthday on **/*/** at her home. The delivery time slot selected was ** pm to * pm on **.*.**. I received a call on ** April ** at **.** pm regarding non-availability of pink flowers and agreed to deliver red flowers. On **th April at *.** pm I called Floweraura customer care team regarding my order which was showing not delivered in tracking detail.
The team assured me that the same will be delivered by *.** pm. Anyway at *.** pm again I called customer care and they told that cake is ready but the flower is not yet ready and after discussing with him I suggested him to deliver the cake first and when the flower will be available then deliver flower.
At * pm when I talked to my wife and came to know that the cake and flower not yet delivered. Again I called customer care they told that they cannot connect to their delivery person and telling me that they will deliver the cake on **th April ** with freebies such as double flowers, an extra pound of cake or * dairy milk chocolate.
But what about my emotions all the guest who came in my laws house and cake not arrived, not in given time neither on the birthday day! What is the use of cake on ** April? This type of unprofessional behaviour cannot be tolerated!
My wife and her family, what they will be thinking, I am feeling ashamed. I want Rs *,**,***/- for hurting my emotions.
