Lituna Matilda zhimo filed complaint against Floweraura on Aug 25, 2025
The expected timeframe shown on the app at the time of delivery was *am -** pm.
When there was no update from floweraura or delivery partner, i took the liberty of contacting them. The first person i spoke with said i should get a call back from the delivery partner within **-** minutes, ** minutes went by, nothing.
I called up again and *nd person advised the same, when I insisted on checking with the delivery partner on the eta directly she said it will take an hour more.
It’s past *pm and the delivery was expected around *pm.
The expecting advertised on the app was complete misguide and deceiving. At the end it’s us consumer who is experiencing the inconvenience.
I planned my day and because of the delay and no accountability of floweraura with the delivery, i missed the reservations which cause me emotional stress.
I’m not expecting a refund or anything out of this complaint but I’d like to point out that this is Completly unsatisfactory and deceiving.
Floweraura should take responsibility of communicating in case of any delay which was not met.
