Myntra - order not delivered nor refund provided

I have placed an order in Myntra for a bag which had a ** min delivery time. But even after * days, the product hasn't been delivered. I raised a complaint in the help center in Myntra many times and call their helpline atleast *-** times and asked them to cancel my order so that I can get a refund. But in every call they told me to wait ** mins for a resolution. I kept calling for * days and waiting every ** mins after the call but I got no resolution. In the app it still shows the status as out for delivery. For * days they have harassed me mentally as they kept on saying me in every call to wait ** minutes but nothing happened till date. The order was a gift for a birthday. I had to spend money again and buy another gift for the birthday from another site. And Myntra is neither delivering my product not giving me my money back. When I ask them to give me a timeline how long I have to wait, they said they don't know how long. I asked them to give me a mail confirmation that they will cancel my order and give a refund, they refused to do that.
