Hi,
I haven't yet received my order. I had waited for the order for two hours. There is no proper tracking information on the app.
I have been trying to reach the delivery boy as per the contact number provided. When I call him he says it's the wrong number and denies being a food panda delivery boy. In order to resolve the issue I tried to contact the support team but the chat portal never loaded. There is no customer support phone number either. I would like to emphasize that this is the second time I'm facing such issue with food panda. I haven't yet received my refund for a previously canceled order either.
I'm severely disappointed at how they treat their customers. I don't see any proper response from their customer support team. The chat portal does not even load most of the times. They are just patently mistreating customers and getting away with such questionable acts.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
