Placed an order with Jio Mart on the **th of June. Their given date for delivery was *nd of July. On trying to reach out on twitter, emial or customer care number no response received.
On *th of July managed to speak to an executive who said i will receive the order in ** hours. A system generated sms showed my order was dispatched and the order was delivered. Called the delivery personnel on *th of july who said the order should have been delivered. repeatedly trying to reach out to know what has happened to my order or to even cancel the order there is no response for it. Its **th of july and i have lost **** rupees it feels and no response from Jio Mart.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
