I have placed order for Epson EcoTank L**** Wi-Fi Multifunction Ink Tank Printer worth Rs.*****.** on Lt online store on **.**.** and has not yet recieved the same, payment for the same and also the delivery charges of rs.*** was made on same day. i tried calling the helpline numbers but there is no response. i have mailed them several times and have asked for cancelation of the product and has asked for refund. they have replied say your refund will be processed within * working days. till today i have not recievd my refund. I kindly request you to help me out with this matter.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
