Nice Maple - Order not delivered and no response from the customer care

order no NM**** which was placed on *th of April, its a * seater sofa and the delivery date which was given during the order placement was **th of April the max but till date my order is not delivered. every time I try to contact the customer care no one responds to the phone call and finally they will reply to the message will also delivery dates. Im super tired of contacting these people as I can see that they are big time frauds who keeps giving fake dates and no tracking details has been shared and finally delivery never happened.
