Swiggy And Adyar Ananda Bhavan Sweets - Order not delivered and cancelled without information

I ordered for dinner at *:** PM and swiggy app show me the estimated time of delivery ** minutes. I called to delivery boy number provided by swiggy after the expected time over so delivery boy denied delivering the dinner. I complain about the same on swiggy chat section and I got a call from their executive and he ensured me that same will deliver in the next ** minutes. After ** minutes again I got a call from swiggy customer care and they told me that their delivery boy is not able to deliver my order and cancel my order on **:** PM and not refund my money also. Now at this time, I am not able to order the food from any other restaurants because all restaurants are closed in my city. I faced financial and mental issue due to swiggy. I have the all call recordings for the same.
