Swiggy And Adyar Ananda Bhavan Sweets - Double payment for an order

On *th May, I have made one order from Swiggy from New Punjabi Food Corner, Bengaluru. The order amount was *** Rs. I choose Google Pay to pay the amount. While paying the transaction it got failed & also money got deducted. It also asked me to pay the delivery boy through Cash. I thought I will be getting a refund for this later on. I paid the delivery boy cash. So I have paid two times for the same order. Now it has been more than *.* months. Calling them for more than ** times but haven't got any update regarding the refund. In fact, now Swiggy is telling that they haven't received that amount. But I am showing proper proof that the transaction was successful. So now kindly provide me with the valid proof & I would request Swiggy to refund back my money.
