I have ordered a study table and chair on **.**.**** from smartsters website Order No ****. While ordering, delivery date was shown as **.**.****. I have ordered the items. After this, no update from Smartsters. Even after multiple calls, emails, whatsapp. No response from them except auto generated emails and WhatsApp response.
After a week, got a call and they asked to send account details as due to logistics issue, they won't be able to deliver the shipment. I have sent the account details on **.**.****.
Till date, no response from them. All the contact numbers mentioned on their website plays recorded audio. Complete fraudsters. Feeling frustrated.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
