I ordered my phone cover a week ago I didn't received I tried talking to customer care service. I got a phone call they asked me to download a application for the refund resulting it was an alert of them getting access of my device. when I asked about it they disconnected the call.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
