Occassion was planned and ordered a cake with FnP and FnP confirmed the order today morning. However, at * PM we got a mail asking to replace the item with other option. We shared our choice but it was again not delivered and whole Occassion was ruined.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
