I ordered * tablets of jasmine floor cleaner on **rd of March and it hasn't been arrived as of today (**th of April) I tried to reach them but I keep getting automated replies and that my issue is delivered to support team I also asked them for refund and I keep getting same reply so as last solution I will file a chargeback application through my bank to get my money back
