I am filing this complaint against Tabbsz for deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, and failure to process a refund for a cancelled order.
I placed Order #***** through the company’s online platform and made full payment in advance. However, there is a clear and unresolved discrepancy in the order status across the company’s systems. On the Shopify order page, the order status is still showing “Preparing for Shipping”, whereas on the Shiprocket logistics tracking page, the same order is marked as “Cancelled.”
Despite the order being cancelled at the logistics level, no refund has been initiated, nor has any satisfactory explanation been provided for the contradictory order status. I have followed up multiple times via email and attempted to contact customer support, but my concerns have not been addressed adequately. There has been no clear communication, resolution timeline, or accountability from the company.
This lack of transparency, failure to update order status correctly, and denial of a rightful refund amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, ****. The repeated follow-ups without resolution have caused me mental harassment, inconvenience, and financial loss.
The company has had sufficient time to investigate and resolve this matter but has failed to do so. The continued delay reflects negligence and poor customer grievance handling.
Relief Sought
I respectfully request the concerned authority to direct the company to:
Initiate an immediate refund for Order #*****
Provide a written clarification regarding the status mismatch
Correct their internal order and tracking records
Compensate me for mental harassment and inconvenience caused
I am submitting all relevant supporting documents, including payment receipts, screenshots of order status from Shopify and Shiprocket, and email correspondence, for reference.
