Hi,
I made a fully paid order for Liverpool jersey on **th March ****. With full amount of **** paid via upi. Order Id #******.
I received courier details after few days, but then got an update that pickup failed.
On follow up on April *st, it was told that jersey is out of stock and wait for few days. I waited * more weeks, but without any progress, requested for full refund via email on **th of April. So far, they are mentioning payment gateway issues and delaying, with no refund issued so far.
