I have placed an prepaid order on November **, ****. It's been more than a month still I didn't get my order. Initially the delivery person keep on updating the wrong reason that customer is not available to buy the product but he didn't try to attempt the delivery at all. I tried to contact them but no response. The contact number they have provided in Renee website is working like a bot. It's just pre prepared call, no use.

When I check the status, i found that the product is in RTO transit. So I found out that the product is again returned to the renee warehouse. Now either i want my money back or the product. Neither delivering the product nor giving any response. It's totally wrong and they couldn't ready to take any responsibility
