Swiggy Instamart ITC - Order not delivered

I would like to register my complaint once again. I have order my monthly grocery from Swiggy instamart worth **** on **/**/**** when the order was showing near me I called the delivery boy but his number was switched off. I talked to Shashank (your customer support executive) he also tried but the phone was switched off after few minutes the order showed delivered and it wasn't delivered to me. I contacted * of your executives but my problem was unsolved. Today I went to your instamart store at Saket and store keeper was saying it is happening daily here that the products are undelivered and showing delivered and you people are not responding. I went to your offices Jhandewalan and Madangir but nothing solved.
Now tell me what should I do? Because I will not let my Rs.**** get wasted.
