RAMYA A M filed complaint against Meesho on Aug 17, 2022
I ordered * products on *th August ****, all three were delivered but one product not yet confirmed. The payment was done through online debit card mode and amount was deducted for all the * products.
I reached out to customer care, there are telling that ordered product was not showing to them and it is incorrect order ID.
In Meesho app, it just shows status of the product as Ordered. There is no update on delivery status. And unable to cancel the product also it shows 'Something went wrong' on click of cancel order.
Total payment for * products done was Rs.****.
Cost of this product was Rs.***. Refund the amount as soon as possible.
