Flipkart.com - order not confirmed and package not delivered but the amount was debited from my account

i try to do this purchasing in flipkart online shopping website. Order Id OD****************** for product "Samsung Galaxy On* (Blue, ** GB), Buyback Guarantee and Complete Mobile Protection * Year.

on **/**/**** @ *.**am, but unfortunately this order was not completed but payment was done [amount has been debited from my account Rs:**,***]. I lodged a complaint against this issue on **/**/**** via email and through phone call. till yet, this issue is not been resolved and there is no any sign of resolving attitude on flipkart side. i made any calls and wrote many mails to the company customer service. the only answer got from those "within ** hrs we will get back to you" since **th august. how funny is this??? . on the other side, without any order confirmation, i got mail from bajaj finserv company that the amount was debited on **th august and your first emi due date is **/**/**** [actually i try to do this purchasing on emi through bajaj finserv card]
