I had placed an order on Flipkart for some cream and groceries. Amount Rs. **** from my account got deducted on ** Aug ****; *:** am and order was not confirmed. It was not showing anything in my Flipkart account.
When I contacted Flipkart customer care on the same day they said that payment is successful from their end either my order will get confirmed within ** hr or amount will be reverted. I waited and nothing happened.
Then after ** hours, they registered a complaint with incident id. [Incident: IN*******************]. Resolution time is already over and I am waiting for the past * days. Flipkart guys are not listening to me.
