Erika Duran filed complaint against Pizza Hut on Apr 1, 2018
I placed an online order, an hour after I placed it I decided to call. After the *rd call they answered me. I asked for my status and the lady (Aisha) told me she had no orders. If I was talking about delivery and I told her yes. She told me she was pretty sure she called me to tell me they cancelled my order. I did not receive a text, call or email. She reassured me she did call me. However I did not receive anything. I asked to talk to a manager and they handed be to Gary. He told me my order was cancelled due to the fact that they had not had a driver for * hours. What I’m mostly upset is that I was not notified in any source of way.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
