I , Amit Das , registered mobile number for Dhani App is ********** . Last *rd June, **** I was trying to purchase a cream Flotivate E from dhani app , it's price was after discount rated Rs. *** /- . I had paid from my Paytm wallet but after payment I saw the order did not create successfully . Order ID: *********** , Wallet Ref. No.- *********** . And then I called to customer care for dhani app for several times they told the issue will be resolved shortly but till now I have not gotten any refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
