I placed an order on Swiggy Instamart on **-**-**** for ₹****. The order was placed for my friend at the given delivery address. However, the order is marked as delivered in the app, but it was not received by the recipient.
No call or message was received from the delivery partner, and no delivery partner contact details were provided. The recipient checked the surrounding area and with neighbors, but the order was not delivered.
I contacted support but did not receive proper assistance. I request a full refund of ₹**** as the service was not delivered.
