I am writing to request a refund for my recent cancelled order. I noticed that the full order amount has been deducted and shown as a cancellation fee, which I believe might be an error.The order was cancelled due to [accidental order placement]. Order id*************** As per your policy, a full refund should be issued in such cases, but the entire amount has been charged as a cancellation fee instead.kindly review this issue and process the refund at the earliest. I would appreciate your confirmation once the refund is initiated.
