My order no is *********** from renee cosmetics I have ordered * items and I got a deal of free one assorted gift. I received my order today and it says * items in the invoice but I received only * . A message also dropped from their delivery service that my order weight is ***gms but I received only * items instead of * which weight less than *** grams . My free assorted gift is missing and no one has responded from their website yet.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
