Conflicts with order Id ******* , undelivered item complaint raised multiple times like more than ** times to different executives like Rida, Harsh etc at care@smytten.com but they are simply ignoring the complaint and asking me to locate a non existent option on their app to raise complaint
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
