Almas Memon filed complaint against Medlife on May 14, 2020
I had ordered for * Medicine on the *rd May *. Teleact beta ** (* Strips) and *. Zoryl M* (* strips of **tabs each) total cost Rs. ***.** paid through American Express Credit card.
Order was modified due to unavailability of Zoryl M* tablets, i asked customer service to just send me the available medicine and i was informed my money for the unavailable medicine will be refunded and you will keep the money for the available tablets. (FYI, No refund received)
Now, when the delivery person arrived he was not able to see my medicine order which was already prepaid, i called customer service and they were able to see its been already paid. But due to a lack of communication from your customer service and delivery person i ended up paying again for my order with a Citi Bank Credit card.
When the complaint was raised i was in an impression that customer service did refund my money for the unavailable medicine, but when i checked by statement today i found that i have not received any refund at all. This means my Rs. ***.** is stuck with you guys.
Its an humble request to refund my money as soon as possible, because i'm tried of explaining things on every call you guys make and do nothing.
