My order number *******-*******-******* has been returned back to origin. I have not cancelled this order and the delivery executive has send back the package. The delivery boy contacted me on **th July and said that he would deliver the product to me the next day. After that I received a message on **nd July saying the package would be delivered to me on that day. In the evening I had to call the deliver guy who told me that due to rain he could not deliver the product and he will be delivering the product the next day. Next day I received a mail stating that order has been returned to the origin. Speaking to the customer care, the guy over the phone said that he can only register my problem and can do nothing else towards this. I asked if I could the same product at same price, to which he replied no. Please help me. I'm shopping from this site since ****.
