I ordered a product i.e Xiaomi Pocofone f* and even made online payment, this product is sold under flash sale and its difficult to place order but at the date of delivery the order got cancelled without any concern,when I asked about it, they are saying the seller cancelled the order, they can't fulfill order because unavailability of the product but as per the status of order the product reached the hub in the city. The status can be seen in the screenshot attached. They should provide the product when the product is available without trying to place the order in this flash sale as I did it once.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
