Kyari plants - Order Delivered Incomplete

I order * Hyderate Water Meter from Kyari and what i got is a * pieces of the Water meter and on the pack also it is clearly written as * pieces but when i unboxed it only * pieces were there and also * of them is having dust and soil on it .
