Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased two plants from the Kyari.com website on June *, ****. While I have received one plant (Oyster plant) through courier, the other plant has not yet been delivered. Despite multiple follow-ups and requests, I keep receiving messages stating that the delivery will happen within ** hours.

I am deeply disappointed with their behavior and now believe that Kyari might be a fraudulent company. Please take the necessary action to prevent others from experiencing similar issues in the future.
