I ordered ** different items of Rs **** on **/**/** order no ****** www.insasta.com out of that only ** items I received and they did not send * items worth Rs ***. Out of ** items received * major item worth Rs **** was damaged and * item I received with parts missing. I am trying to contact on contact no given on site but it's not working. No reply on chat, no reply of mail to help@insasta.com. I mail them for a refund of Rs *** for missing items but no reply.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
