I ordered a one plus bullets ear phone from oneplus.in website on **-**-**** and as per the email received from the company, it was expected on **-**-**** which further got delayed to **-**-****, the reason for it was given as some logistics issue by service executive on calling on their helpline number. In the meantime, I was sending emails to their support desk and registering complaints on the company's website though I got no assuring response from them. I was sent a tracking number *********** on my email and as a text so that the package can be tracked but now, the package appears to be returned to shipper. I fail to understand that why was the payment for order accepted in the first place if the location was out of service area as per the reason for canceling the order was given by one of their service executive. Moreover, the company has canceled the order and initiated a request for refund without sending any communication in this regard. I'm attaching the latest email confirming that the product has been shipped.
