Gomechanic Car Service - Order closed with incomplete work

I had placed an order for complete car body dent and paint including roof paint under order ID *****. My car was delivered without the roof paint done. I was promised that the balance work would be done and that they will arrange for another pickup which has not happened yet. It’s been a month now that I have been chasing them helplessly but they don’t have the courtesy to even reply back. I also bought their prime membership by paying a premium amount of **** to receive priority services which I never received so I want a refund of that as well. Can you help?
