I have ordered a Acer laptop. The seller confirmed the order and then they changed the deliverydate from** to ** July. Later, Flipkart cancelled it without my consent, stating supplier reasons, though the seller confirmed the order.
When I spoke to Flipkart customer care, they told me to place a fresh order for the same product the price is increased now. I was so eagerly waiting for the laptop, and this cancellation is unjustified and the experience has been very frustrating, wasted so much of my time and it has taken menatal tole and I have paid them extra for premium customer support which I'm clearly not getting.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
