I have ordered a Samsung laptop for Rs **,***. The seller confirmed the order, and the product got shipped. Later, Flipkart cancelled it without my consent, stating supplier reasons, though the seller confirmed the order.
When I spoke to Flipkart customer care, they told me to place a fresh order for the same product which is double the price. I was so eagerly waiting for the laptop, and this cancellation is unjustified.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
