hello on **th of october **** at *.**pm i have ordered * combo of rica white chocolate wax and white chocolate hard wax beads ***gms from smytten sale i paid **** for that at *:** i got mail about refund when i checked in it’s app then i found that my order has cancelled their is no reason shown i want my refund asap and wants to file complaint against smytten
