Rishabh Yadav filed complaint against Flipkart on Oct 10, 2021
I placed an order yesterday and it was shipped by the seller, today I got a automated call from Flipkart for the orde confirmation/cancellation, since I ordered two products so I confirmed the order. After pressing the button the call disconnected and both my orders were cancelled. However I only choose to cancel one.
I tried to chat with in app support but the support executive were leaving chat without providing the proper resolution.
Since I ordered the products on discount and now the prices have increased.
Flipkart executives are saying that it got cancelled due to technical issues.
I want my products to be delivered on the promised date as it was a gift for someone.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
