Flipkart - Order cancelled by Flipkart without intimation

I had ordered a mattress as per Order ID- OD****************** - Flipkart Perfect Homes GenNXT Cool Gel Orthopedic Memory Foam * inch (L x W: ** inch x ** inch)

I had ordered it on **th July, the ordered was packed on *nd August was waiting for the courier to be picked. (As per the updates on tracking details) .
Suddenly the order was cancelled by Flipkart on *th August without my consent or any justification. I also received message from flipkart that the refund is processed.
There was no reason to cancel the order, since the product was available and was already packed.
I contacted one of the flipkart executive on *th August, also I had raised the issue in the chat. I got a resolution saying that I have to order the mattress again and the difference amount will be payed to me.
But the mattress was not in stock. After multiple calls with flipkart executives I was told on *th August to wait for the product to be available.
Now the product is still not available as on date.
I had ordered the mattress on **th July, I have been waiting for this mattress since **th. Its been days the bed is lying there without a mattress.
On *th August I contacted them again, the executives say that the resolution is already given by the team and they cannot raise the issue further.
I want a compensation for the days spent and the trauma faced by me without any reason.
It is always difficult to contact flipkart, there is not a single mail ID where i can send my complain.
When I ask for a call back from flipkart, they give a single ring and cut the call which is followed by a message saying I was not available.
