EKART - Order cancelled by Delivery Agent and misbehaving with me

I ordered a product on Flipkart on **th January ****.
According to them the last delivery date was mentioned as **th of January.
I contacted the delivery agent at **:**pm for enquiring the estimated delivery time. So, when I talk to him he answered in an unpolite way that he can't say anything about the delivery time and he is very busy, also when I called him for the first time he wasn't showing any great importance to me and was busy in other conversations in addition to this he also disconnected my call without informing or asking me in between the conversation.

After, waiting for some time I again tried to contact him at **:**pm, but he didn't answered my call.

So, I again tried to contact him at **:**pm. This time he finally picked up the call. This time when I asked him regarding my parcel, he said that he is late and heading towards his office and now he'll try it delivering tommorow. I scolded him by saying that this can't be an excuse man, I was supposed to get my parcel by today as it was the last of delivery date and I was waiting for a whole day. He, again disconnected my call without saying a single word.

When I again tried to contact him just after a few seconds, he answered that he wouldn't deliver the product today and I have to wait again for tommorow.

Such a dreadful experience it was that I never expected.

Please take some serious and hard steps towards the perfidious delivery agent.
