Complaint Against Swiggy Instamart

Swiggy Instamart has failed to refund Rs. *,*** for the above order despite repeatedly claiming that the refund has been successfully processed and providing RRN ************.

However, ICICI Bank has officially confirmed that no refund has been received in my account and that the merchant declined the transaction, resulting in reversal of the temporary credit provided by the bank. I have submitted the bank's written confirmation as proof.

Despite multiple follow-ups and a complaint through the National Consumer Helpline, Swiggy has failed to provide any documentary proof of refund settlement, such as ARN/RRN trace, acquiring bank confirmation, or payment gateway settlement proof. They have also stopped responding to my emails.

I request immediate refund of Rs. *,*** along with a written explanation and compensation for the unnecessary harassment and time spent pursuing this matter.
