Flipkart Internet Private Limited Bangalore - Order cancelled but refund not received

i have cancelled my two order on date ** dec **** on flipkart app, & the app shows that the refund process is complete & it will take maximum date up to **.**.**** so, please wait up to ** dec ****. so i was wait up to **.dec.**** but the refund is not reflect in my account, i again call to flipkart customer care but always says that the seller is refunded your amount & they provide me a bank transaction reference no. & says to visit your branch bank office i also went to branch office but they also denied about the refund & suggest to call flip[kart customer care regarding refund amount. sir still date my refund amount is not receive hence i need help to file comlpaint against flipkart internet private limited banglore. it is requested to please help me regarding this matter .
