I have booked interior design from Homelane on **th June, ****. But, on **st July, **** I cancel the order. As per their term and condition, I am eligible for **% refund, but received an email that I am not eligible for refund and would have to take order value of *.* lakh to utilize the booking amount.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.

The drawers of the modular kitchen has worn out and nit sliding properly. Chanels are damaged. Most of the hinges are loose. The Wardrobe’s hinges also needs to be tightened.
