Homelane - Require Replacement of Damaged piece

I have done my Pooja room for my Newly built house thorugh Homelane in the month of Nov-Dec ****. But there is a damage in one of the wooden piece and it was not firmly fixed. so i have raised a complaint to the designers on April *th **** but till now no one responded me t resolve the issue.
