I was reselling a product to one person but the person cancelled the order halfway. After that the product was delivered to the person and money was taken. Even the product delivered was not what was cancelled. After that when I tried for refund it was shown that the product was already cancelled before.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
