Flipkart - Order cancelled automatically

On * Apr I got the message that my mobile will be delivered today. I live in Bokaro thermal Jharkhand. Here replacement facility for mobile was not available. So I ordered it at a Ranchi address. But after reaching Ranchi I tried contacting the delivery boy but no contact could be established. I called Flipkart customer care they said they can't disclose the number of the delivery boy as per their policy. I called * to * times to Flipkart customer care to deliver my product but they just said it will be delivered. And after * days I got the message that my order is cancelled. I drove *** km up and down stayed there for a couple of days, tried contacting them several times and in the end, my order got cancelled for no reason. This is total harassment. I want all my money refund with the expenditure incurred for travelling.
