Paytm Mall - Order cancelled after shipping without my consent

I have booked LG **L convection microwave oven (mc****bl,black) from paytm mall on **-Nov-** at *:** pm, on they have informed that item is shipped and provided me the cashback. The product was supposed to be delivered on **-Nov-**. However, as the product not received till that date, i called to customer care on **-Nov-** and **-Nov-**. They informed that they will deliver at the earliest. On **-Nov-**, I raise a written complaint. Today, when I am visiting the website, it is showing that order is cancelled. No intimation has been provided by them.
I am mentally harassed by their action.
Request your support on resolution of issue. On financial side, their was offer on debit card purchase by axis bank i.e **% of purchasing price, which comes out Rs ****.**. which I have lost due to paytm mall
